Hi! I’m need to move out earlier than contract allows me so I am looking for a female replacement to take my room in a cosy 1-bed flat (agency agreed me to do so) You’d be sharing with one lovely, easygoing professional girl who’s clean, respectful and values a calm home.

The flat is simple but has all you need. It has two separate bedrooms (no living room), a small kitchen and bathroom, your own separate entrance which is a small extra room for storage or a workdesk.

The room is a double and can be furnished or unfurnished. Location is great - 3 mins to Hendon Central, with buses and shops (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, pharmacy, post office) just around the corner.
