I have a 2 bed flat available for sublet from the 19th to the end of May. It’s the bigger of the two rooms. The price is 350 inc bills.

I’m moving out so could be useful to someone needing a temporary place.

The flat is in a nice area, a 15–20 minute walk to Colindale tube and a 7-minute walk to the big Sainsbury’s supermarket.

There is off-street parking available around the back of the property if needed.
