I run my own design business in marketing/advertising, and split my time between home, co-working spots and clients.

Pretty simple lifestyle:
• Early mornings / early nights
• Gym, staying active
• I’ve got a kid, so I’m in dad mode every other weekend
• Social, but more going out than bringing the party home
• Bit of an introvert at home, more social when I’m out

My girlfriend stays over occasionally — we’re usually out, but worth mentioning so there are no surprises. Longer term I’ll likely move in with her, so this is about having a good, respectful setup in the meantime.

I’m a live-in landlord but very relaxed — just like the place clean, respectful and easy to share.
