Hi, I’m Sebastian. I’m looking for a friendly, mature and tidy flatmate to share my flat in Mill Hill East.

I’m in my early 30s and work in the creative industry, usually long hours away from home. I’m easygoing and like to keep the flat clean, calm and relaxed. I also spend a few nights a week at my partner’s, so you’d have the place to yourself for around half the week.

The flat is a short walk from Mill Hill East station, Co-op, Waitrose and local amenities. Finchley Central is one stop away.

The room is a spacious furnished double, measuring 4.09m x 2.57m, with two west-facing windows and plenty of natural light. It comes with a bed with storage, wardrobe, full-length mirror and lamp.
