The room will be cleared and prepared for the new lodger (please note that the photos show personal items which will, of course, be removed).

You’ll share access to a well-maintained bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden — perfect for a bit of fresh air and downtime.

I’m a friendly, genuine person and live here with my young daughter, as well as one other female housemate. Because of this, I’m ideally looking for a kind, respectful, and reliable individual who values a calm, positive, and considerate living environment. Mutual respect for personal space is really important to me.
