I’ve got a spare room in a 2-bedroom maisonette in Mill Hill Broadway available from 13th October - however any earlier is most welcome.

The flat is on the 2nd floor with its own private entrance and internal staircase, located in a tidy and relaxed neighbourhood. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a mini lounge, and a spacious kitchen.

It’s very well connected so it's super easy to get everywhere: a Thameslink station is less than a 2-minute walk away, there's a 7-minute bus to the Northern line, and a 12-minute bus to the Jubilee line, running till very late.

The room is unfurnished aside from a bed frame and a chest of drawers.

You’ll be living with me, an easy-going dude! I study full-time and work from home about half the week. I would love someone who likes hanging out on the weekends, whether that’s at the pub, getting dinner, cooking, watching moviesr, but equally respect our alone time!

The rent is £750 + bills and council tax, and the deposit is £820.
