The bedroom in question is the smaller bedroom and has pretty good privacy being the other end of the apartment from the living room with open kitchen. Room has a brand new double bed and mattress, big wardrobe and a bookshelf.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, and you’d have the larger one right next to your bedroom for your own use. You’ll also have direct access to the balcony from your room.

The front of the property is facing Darlands Nature Reserve with lake and pretty nice walks.

I'm Sebastian, a live-in landlord (41), and I live in the other bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. I currently share the flat with my cat Tical.
The vibe is pretty chill. For me it's my home so I like to know and get on with whoever I am living with but whether you want to hang out or just have your own space either is fine.
My main requirement is that you are committed to keeping the common areas clean.
I'm currently working from office Monday to Friday 10-6. I’m cooking every few days and would be up for sharing meals. I box twice a week in a local gym and work out in our residential gym every other day. I like to get away travelling when I can. I also like to go out with friends; Fold is my favourite club and tend to have a big night once a fortnight but don't bring any noise home with me.
