Hi, I have a double en-suite furnished room in a 4-bedroomed house is available from 4th July. The monthly rent is £750 inclusive of all bills and cleaning products. I live with my 2 daughters aged 18 (A Level student) and 26 (works from home) and I work for a charity. The room is furnished and has lots of storage. There is a shared living room, kitchen, dining room and garden. Parking is available. The house is a short walk (5mins) to the local shopping district in Westcroft, with supermarkets, Boots, and fast food all available. At the shops is the bus stop to the Station and City Centre (15 mins). If you would like to come to view the room please let me know. The house is quiet and we all enjoy cooking and watching Netflix.
