Someone who is looking for a long-term place to stay would suit perfectly as it's a great place to live and is well looked after by the people living in the house. You need to be working and be able to pay your rent on time without being reminded of it. The room is not suitable for someone who is working from home. We are looking for a responsible person with good common sense towards everyone.
