A cleaner comes in every Friday to clean the communal areas, this cost is included in the rent. There is a private drive at the back of the property that is available for use by the new tenant.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine.
The supermarkets are a five minute walk from the house, train station 12-15 mins, gym/ swimming pool approx three minutes. Wolverton is blessed with a multitude of good food take aways and restaurants.

The new tenant would need to be someone who is respectful of others, considerate of the night workers during the mornings. I think a full time professional would be a good fit.
