I have a small double room available, ideally for single occupancy, but would consider renting to a couple (price would be increased accordingly if rented to a couple)

The room is 8ft 1 wide by 8ft 10 long and has been used as my guest room so there is currently a single bed, fabric wardrobe and small table in there. The room would fit a standard double sized bed and a couple of pieces of furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers etc)

The house is privately owned and I am the named tenant, but I have full permission from the Landlord to sub-let the room. Price includes bills (council tax - Band C, gas, water, electric)
The price includes shared kitchen, bathroom (with bath and overhead shower), plus use of living room and garden. There is a driveway which I use, but there is communal parking located directly opposite the driveway.

The house is located in a quiet close on the outskirts of Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, is close to a Travelodge Hotel and Pink Punters Nightclub.
I am the only person living in the house and I work in the Entertainment and Nightclub industry so work mainly nights. I am a gay male and established Drag Queen so any potential flatmate would need to comfortable with this. The 3rd room in my house is my drag room and I get ready for my shows at home.

Ideally I am looking for a someone to take on the room, single occupancy.
There is currently no WIFI in the house but this is being installed soon
