I’m renting out a large, bright double room in my cozy two-bedroom house. I live here on my own and I really value a calm, respectful and clean environment.

I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also care about having quiet time and a peaceful home. I’m good with open communication and I appreciate honesty and mutual respect. I enjoy art and cooking, and I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen — it’s a vegetarian/vegan household and I enjoy sharing food from time to time.

There’s also a small garden 🌱 I like spending time there when the weather is nice — it’s a simple, quiet space to sit and relax.

I’m looking for someone who is similar in that sense — respectful, tidy and mindful of shared spaces. Ideally for a long-term stay.
