This is a 3 story house with 2 w/cs (one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor), a spacious garden which is perfect for BBQs in the summer or just a drink. There is parking for 2 cars in the front if you drive (no-one here does atm!). A kitchen with everything you need and 2 fridges so plenty of space for food.

Located 10min walk from Colliers Wood st (northern line), Tooting Rail st, 25min walk or short bus ride (264/ 270/ 280/ 355/ N44) to Tooting Broadway st.

We are right next to a little park and you can take your pick for supermarkets around us all within 10min walk.

About us, 3 30-45 professionals who have lived here for a few years, very chilled and relaxing house in a nice and quiet area.

There is no agency fees etc, the landlord is private and lives in the UK, they let us get on with things but are quick to resolve any issues that arise.

Tenancy is initially 12 months but moving out sooner is not an issue
