I’m looking for someone to move into a lovely, bright room in our 4-bedroom house. It’s a great setup if you’re after a bit of peace and quiet, as the room is tucked away on its own floor so you won't feel like you're living on top of anyone!

The room is on a separate floor, giving you privacy and your own little sanctuary.

Private Facilities: You’ll have your own shower room and toilet
Fully furnished with a comfy double bed, a huge sliding wardrobe (plenty of storage), and a desk and chair if you’re working from home.

Clean, modern space with loads of natural light with TV ready to go.

The Location:
Getting Around: We’re in the CR4 area, really handy for Mitcham Eastfields or Mitcham Junction. It’s a quick run into Victoria or London Bridge for work or a night out.

Local Life: Just a short walk to the local shops, supermarkets and Mitcham Common
