I have a 2nd floor single room available in a very modern flat in Mitcham Common with balcony. The whole flat has been refurbished and brand new kitchen recently installed.

Although the room is small, the benefits you get is a friendly household, I am a live in landlord but am very chill. You'll be sharing with myself and a young couple who have the en-suite already and they're as chill as I am!

The room measures 3m by 2m with plenty of storage cupboards. We have a key fob entry system which makes it very safe and secure.

We are looking for a tenant who is pleasant and friendly. Though I will issue a 6 month tenancy agreement with the option to renew if desired. I'm not very strict on this, and am quite flexible.

The only thing we ask is to keep the flat tidy, clean the kitchen after yourselves and use the dishwasher.

There is a parking space available.

Ideally we'd be looking for a professional, you'd be living with a young couple and a broadcast engineer.
