The Property & Setup:
We are proud to offer two newly adapted, beautifully appointed double bedroom suites in our historic town property (formerly operating as the highly-rated Bamse Bed & Breakfast). If you value your privacy, peace, and high-quality accommodation, these hotel-style rooms are perfect for you.
Each room features its own luxury, modern private ensuite shower room and comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe storage, and a dedicated workspace.
In-Room Amenities ("Light Kitchenette"):
Please note that these rooms do not have access to the main household kitchen. To offer complete autonomy and convenience, each room is equipped with its own mini-suite facilities:

• ☕ Electric kettle & tea station
• 🍿 Low-wattage microwave/air-fryer for heating convenient meals
• 🧺 Bonus: A daily basket exchange system is provided where used mugs/plates can be left in the hallway to be washed for you.
The Household & Ideal Lodger:
We are a warm, busy, and happy family with two young children. Because we live on-site and value our family routine, these rooms are strictly tailored for quiet professionals, commuters, offshore contractors, or port workers looking for a peaceful, secure space to rest after work.
House Rules & Conditions:
• Single Occupancy Only: Absolutely no overnight guests or external visitors.
• Quiet Hours: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for the children's sleep.
• Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere indoors. However, we have a fully designated outdoor smoking area located on our sheltered garden decking, complete with comfortable seating and an ashtray.
Rent & Financials:
• Rent: £120 per week / £500 per calendar month (All bills included: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, and High-Speed Wi-Fi).
• Deposit: 1 month's rent (£500) held securely.
• References: Work and previous landlord references required.
