Hello All!

I’m Josh, A British Actor. I am looking for an Actor/Creative ideally to share this beautiful spacious home with me in Morden. I moved here last year after living in London 10 years. It’s the most stunning, green, safe area you could wish for in London. It puts you in London without feeling like you live in London. Well connected too.

South Merton station is across the road and Morden tube is a 10 min walk.

Sainsbury’s local is 5 mins. The main shops like Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Boots etc are by the station.

When I arrived the place was white goods only so I hope so whoever moves in can appreciate I have invested a lot in the place to make it a home. A creative Studio, Home Cinema, Beds, Storage facilities etc.

I am looking for somebody who understands the nature of this industry and if you would like to help each other with audition tapes even better! Someone who is more than just a tenant but a creative friend 🙏
