My name’s Eilidh and there will be a large, bright double room becoming available within a 2 bed flat, with the lease starting 15th April. The total rent is £900p/m which would be split between us + bills (about £50 a month) with 1 month’s rent as a deposit. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever you would prefer! The flat is newly refurbished with 2 free car parks right outside, very modern and is located in Musselburgh, which has excellent transport connections, being a 7 minute train journey into Edinburgh Waverley or a 30 minute bus to Princes Street. The flat is in a prime location, being just off the main high street with all the shops you could need and a 1 minute walk to the bus stops.

As you would be living alongside myself, I would love to have someone similar move in 🥰 I am from the Highlands, 21 and graduating from QMU in July, sociable and partial to pub night. I have a couple part time hospitality jobs that keep me busy during the day. I wouldn’t pay council tax until Summer, unless you are a young professional and happy to cover it until then and I get you a student discount on it!
