Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room in a calm, cozy home.

A bit about the house:
There’s a sunny garden, a fireplace, and a shared living room where you can relax. The room itself is a double, but it currently has a single bed with a second pull-out bed underneath.

Important to know:
I have two large mastiffs, so there will always be dog hair no matter how much I clean. Because of this, I’m really looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and is comfortable living with big dogs.

About me:
I’m very calm and easygoing. I work full-time, like reading and watching movies.

Lifestyle-wise:
I’m vegetarian, so ideally I’d prefer someone who also doesn’t eat meat to avoid strong smells in the house.

Location & transport:
There are trains that take about 10 minutes to get to the city centre, running every hour until 11pm, plus several bus lines nearby.

Availability:
Available now until 25th October 2026, and again from 15th November 2026 for up to 3–4 months.
