Lovely double room available in a spacious 3-bedroom house in Wallyford, just outside Musselburgh.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful and friendly person to share the house with. The room is fully furnished and the house has plenty of shared living space, including a comfortable lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

📍 Great location – Wallyford with easy access to Musselburgh, Edinburgh and local transport links.

💷 £700 per month

🏡 Furnished double bedroom
🛋️ Shared kitchen & living areas
🚿 Shared bathroom
🅿️ Parking available

I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed home rather than a party house. I’m friendly and sociable but also respect privacy and personal space, so it’s ideal for someone who likes having company at home without feeling like they have to socialise constantly.

Available soon. Viewings welcome.

Please message with a little bit about yourself, your work/lifestyle and what you’re looking for in a house share. 😊
