Bohemian Muswell Hill offers a strong sense of community, is one of the most beautiful parts of London and offers easy access into Central London. The house is a few minutes walk to Alexandra Palace - and Highgate Wood and Hampstead Heath are also in walking distance.

This friendly, safe, six-bedroom 1930s semi-detached home offers many refurbished shared spaces inside and out to relax in. You would also have your own dedicated parking space on the driveway if needed.

The double bedrooms on offer are furnished, quiet rooms with good-sized external windows overlooking the side and front garden. The rooms have just been refurbished. There is a combination lock on the door to protect your privacy.

Suitable for one person in each bedroom of any background who is mostly working or studying outside of the home during standard working hours. There is some flexibility with this - please message to discuss.

Given the family set up, this would not suit someone who solely works from home. Young female lodgers usually work best within our family home / dynamic, but we will consider all potential lodgers.

All bills, fast broadband and cleaning of communal areas are included in the rent. The communal spaces are cleaned by the family every day.

Your choice of a wide selection of furniture can go in the room, including a choice of desks, set of drawers and other storage.

The house has very good central heating throughout and remains cool in Summer..

You would be sharing this relaxed and friendly family home with another adult (who lives on top floor) and two mature, older teenagers.

The bedrooms feature a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack or wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and just outside the door is a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. so is virtually self-contained.

There are three bathrooms in the house (though the room does not feature an en suite - the lodger has easy access to a brand new large bathroom).

The size of the house and back garden means that it is always possible to find a private living /chilling space.

The property also features a big driveway allowing off-street parking and long, wide garden.

The house is very close (a few mins walk) to Alexandra Palace with its myriad of activities and stunning views of the city - as well as Muswell Hill shops, restaurants and bars (5 min walk). Hampstead Heath is a short drive away and Highgate Wood is a 15-minute walk away.


It has good transport links: it is a few minutes by bus or a short walk to Alexandra Palace rail station and Bounds Green tube (15-20 mins into central London on the Piccadilly Line). You can also take a bus to Highgate and East Finchley tube stations (Northern Line) or take a bus into town from Muswell Hill Broadway. You can also take a nearby bus into town. There is a 24-hour bus service to/from London Bridge, the 43, and to/from Tottenham Court Road - the 134.

The weekly rental price includes all bills, TV and wifi.
