A beautiful bright south facing room to rent in my family home.

It is myself and 2 children 15 and 23 and my other daughter is away at university and comes home occasionally.

There is a shared bathroom, though I have my own bathroom and my daughter uses that, so only shared with one other.

king size bed, sofa, 2 x armchairs, 2 x chest of drawers, shelves, and can provide hanging rail.

This is a lovely neighbourhood and I am looking for a friendly tidy professional to share with my family. We do also have a small dog and 2 cats so hope this wouldn't be a problem.
