We have a small double room available in the beautiful Muswell Hill, situated on the Broadway above a French bakery. Stunning views of the skyline from the balcony, endless charity shops, 2 mins from the gym and within a few mins walk from Highgate woods and 10 mins from Ally Pally. Nearest tube is Highgate (20 mins walk) and we have so many bus options from our doorstep.

Rent is just 590 pounds (unbeatable for this area!) and we're paying about 80-90 pounds for bills per month.

The room includes a double bed, bedside table, mirror, hanging wardrobe, desk and large chest of drawers. We have a decent sized kitchen, larger living space and separate toilet and shower rooms. Dentist is just downstairs and they'd be more than happy to give you an appointment within a week or two.

You'd be living with three others.
Jonnie - chilled Scottish musician/composer and makes the best Mulled cider (with whiskey obvs) in the festive season.
Hannah - dedicated architect and reader who spends lots of time with the fam in Belgium.
