We have a double room available in our flat in the beautiful Muswell Hill. We’ve been here for 5 years and love it! Muswell Hill broadway is a short walk away, with buses directly to Highgate or Finsbury Park.
You’ll be sharing with Brooke and Allie, both in mid 30s. Brooke is a teacher and Allie is studying drama, so both out of the house most of the time. We both love walks around Highgate Woods, which is a short walk away.
Your room is a double with plenty of built in storage. You’d be sharing a bathroom with only one other. The front room and kitchen are full of light and have beautiful sunrises!
Rent is £700 per month and bills come to around £100 per month (council tax, internet, water, gas, electric). We are looking for someone to move in ASAP
