Hello!
My name is Spencer, and I am looking for a new housemate to take my place in this house on Pembroke Road.
The housemates are a friendly bunch, and they aren't looking for anything super specific, just somebody who is friendly, and likely to get along with everybody!
In terms of atmosphere, mostly they just like to make nice dinners, and relax in the kitchen or our rooms, or occasionally the pub.
It is a five bed house, which is a 20 minute walk from Muswell Hill, and around 15 minutes on the bus to Highgate tube station.
It's a lovely, peaceful area with lots of trees, and available nearby shops. Personally, I was very comfortable there, and I enjoyed the house and area immensely.
The room in question is a double room overlooking the garden, and is in its own little section of the house by the toilet, which is pretty convenient.
There is a joint kitchen/living room situation, a garden, and two toilets.
The council tax band is E.
