We have a double size furnished room available for single occupant use and females only to share a flat.

You will be a sharing the flat with me (live-in landlord) and another flatmate (total 3 occupants)

Shared area is Kitchen and Bathroom which have both been renovated this year and we will consider flatmates that are willing to keep the place clean and in good condition.

Price stated do not include bills - maintenence and bills cost 150-200 pounds, we can negotiate for a fixed monthly contribution.

The flat is 30 minutes equal walking distance to East Finchley, Finchey Central and West Finchley metro stations. By Bus the traveling time is reduced to 15-20 minutes.
