Our housemate is moving out of our beautiful flat following a job change. Based in the heart of Muswell Hill, we are looking for someone take over this room from 11 September, for a minimum 3 months with a preference for a longer tenancy.

The available room is a furnished double room, with private en-suite bathroom. The flat is 1 min from Muswell Hill bus links and a 5 minute bus ride from Highgate underground station. We are a 3rd floor flat with great views over Ally Pally.

There is an extremely spacious shared kitchen and lounge area with breakfast bar, plenty of space to set up for working from home, and perfect for cooking, relaxing and socialising. Parking locally is easy with either permitted parking on the road or unpermitted roads within a 2 min walk.

You’ll be sharing with me - Frankie - 31 - a geography teacher and Luke - 28 - marketing manager. We both very friendly, working professionals who love to go for a run, have a drink and also chilled time.

Room is £925 a month excluding bills, which vary from £100-£150 including: gas and electric, water, WiFi, council tax (Band C) and TV license.
