Hi, my name is Emily and I have two wonderful Dalmatian puppies almost 7 months' old who are gentle, quiet and friendly. I'm hoping to hear from anyone who is looking for a room to rent AND is interested in taking care of a dog (or two) for a few days a month and for longer periods when I travel away for work or with my partner.

If you like the idea of living in a house where you can take a dog out for an engaging walk, have endless cuddles, and the cutest company, please message me.

I'm offering rent-free days for every day you take care of my pups. Plus I will insure you to drive my car (on the condition you have a clean driving licence). Message me if you would like to talk more about details. I'm not in a rush, as I'm truly looking for the right person who would like to live here AND would like to dog-sit from time to time.

The house was built in 2021 and has the best insulation going with underfloor heating and private temperature controls in the bedrooms. The lounge is large and there is enough space for a home-worker. This home offers a relaxed atmosphere of independent living with a cosy set up and easy access to Bristol city and to Clevedon coast. All housemates cook for themselves, share cooking equipment, and clean the kitchen promptly, have excellent hygiene, keep bathrooms clean and contribute to recycling. We like to invite friends and family over and have additional space upstairs for people to stay or to store some things like suitcases.

Shared rooms include the hallway for hanging coats and shoes, a large lounge/dining room with patio sliding doors to the back garden, the kitchen and there is a small utility room with an additional toilet for guests. There's a washing machine, oven, microwave, grill, hob, dishwasher, hoover, iron. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking. Central heating is gas-free by an Air Source Heat Pump.
