Single room - not available yet, currently considering 1st of April 26, however if someone is interested, I would be willing to consider bringing this date forward. (needs to be painted). There is a single bed in the room currently.

Kitchens and bathrooms are shared. Shower and bath. Good heating system. Quiet area and situated down a lane.

Living room and dinner area are shared - only consideration I would have with this, if both rooms are rented, I will be moving into the living area to sleep (will still be useable, just some boundaries will need to be discussed).

Mother and daughter currently occupying, so I will need a DBS.
