Hello! I'm looking to fill my spare room for minimum 3 months with potential to stay longer.

The flat is located in a modern complex in Slateford wit
h free private parking. 40 minute walk from the centre of town and excellent bus connections.

The flat is newly decorated with a large living room with balcony and separate kitchen. I have an ensuite which limits the bathroom battle in the mornings!

The bedroom is of a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, built in storage and drawers.

I'm a professional female in my late twenties who enjoys relaxing and socialising and looking for a similar female who knows the definition of clean but also enjoys a glass of wine and a good chat!

Move in date is flexible with room being available immediately if that suited 😀

The rent is inclusive of all bills- WiFi, electricity, TV license, council tax and access to Netflix and Prime in the lounge. The complex offers s concierge service and private on site parking.
