Double bedroom available to rent in a fully-furnished flat in Bruntsfield. I am moving for work in December and looking for someone to take my spot on the lease with my lovely flatmate, Ellen. (Ellen doesn't work from home, so you would have plenty of time/space by yourself in the flat - ideal for someone who does need to work from home.)
The bedroom is cosy but fully equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. There is also lots of communal space in the living room and kitchen. The flat also has lots of storage space, a shared garden and permit parking. It's light and airy throughout, with hardwood flooring. You can see the castle from the front door, and it’s a short walk across the meadows to the university! Very close to the big Tesco on Holy Corner as well.
The rent is 497.50 per month, plus utilities, internet and council tax.
