Hi there!
My name is Natalie, and I am a tenant of this wonderful apartment in Bruntsfield, right next to the Meadows. My flatmate is moving to Germany and I am looking for a new one to take her space, ideally for a year or more.
VERY IMPORTANT, do not read further if unhappy at this point: You have to like pet rats, as there are 2 of them in the property, they live in their cage but I let them out daily for at least an hour or longer. They are very friendly and cute, but do chew on things.
About me:
I am 23 years old, I am a postgraduate student at the Uni of Edinburgh, studying Marine Systems and Policies. I enjoy reading, movie nights, traveling, diving, swimming and surfing.
I am looking for a female who would be respectful of my private space and need to be alone, however, someone who is sociable and will go out with me for a drink or a party or DANCING or stay at home with me to watch a movie or play a board game.
Ideally you would be a mature student or a professional, although I am open to other options.
About the room and flat:
It is located 15 mins walking from George Square and about 25 mins walking from King’s buildings. There are a big Tesco nearby and multiple bus routes connecting the flat to everywhere in the city, pretty much, even though it’s actually in a walkable distance from the centre.
It’s a cozy room with a window overlooking a shared garden. You will have a wardrobe and several pot plants :) The room is light and quiet.
The bathroom is shared, it has a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and sink. It is small and I expect you to keep at as clean as possible.
There is also a big living room, where the cage with rats is located, and a kitchen. We have a washing machine, fridge and freezer, but don’t have a dishwasher, so we take turns to wash the dishes.
There is a LOT of storage space.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
