A BRIGHT SPACIOUS double bedroom with its own private bathroom in a two-bedroom flat will be available for a female (preferably student) to share with me (Ph. D. student) from the 20th of MAY 2021.

Flat is located on the semi-new buildings in Sinclair place (tranquil and convenient area), in Gorgie street.

Just 5 mins by walk distance to supermarkets like Sainsbury and Aldi.

Very close to the complex and three bus stations, with access to bus numbers 25, 3, 33, 2, 34, and 100 .

Rent is 450 GBP per month without bills as it is related to usage. The heating system is gas, and all windows are double-glazed, hence usually there are not huge bills (40-90£).

The landlord just bought a brand new sofa, washing machine, and dishwasher. He's changing the flooring to PARQUET and repainting the walls during this week.


I'm very clean, friendly but respect your privacy, and enjoy walking, playing tennis, cooking, Netflix, and sightseeing!
