Hi, my name is Adyan Shafiq and I'm currently living at this location but will be moving out on 26th April, since my university term is ending early. May-june would be months left on the contract, the price is 800pcm but if you takeover at the beginning of May then I'm willing to put £200 towards the rent for the month of May making the price per week £175 over the two months resulting in £700pcm.
