The flat is located in Slateford, 10 minute drive from city centre coming with free parking and no issues looking for parking. Flat is located a 2 minute walk from Lidl, bus stop, petrol station. Buses run regularly to city centre, train station, and many other locations in Edinburgh. The room is a ensuite, accompanied with a large shared kitchen and living room. The kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Living room consisting of a large tv, L-shaped sofa, large dining table and a balcony with an ice bath. We are looking for a well mannered, friendly flatmate to stay here and enjoy Edinburgh.

This room is only for July and possibly August.
