I have a nice sized double bedroom available to rent, for a professional or mature student.

The flat and bedroom is fully furnished, and you would be sharing with myself and potentially my cat(indoor), though I may be giving her to my mum in the coming months.

The bedroom is fully furnished, as seen in the photos, and has a king sized bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside cabinet.

It's a relatively small but cosy flat and would suit someone who see's their home as a place to unwind and relax, rather than a place to host large social gatherings.

It's situated off the main roads and has off street private parking. It's also a top floor(2nd floor)and has no adjoining walls with any neighbours, therefore it is a very quiet flat.
I can be flexible with the move in date, and short or long term lets considered.

A little about me: I’d say I’m the quiet introvert type, but I do like catching up, chatting, grabbing a drink/food and watching some tv etc with a flatmate.

Im pretty easy going and tidy. Considerate and empathetic.

I do hotel reception work and I’m going to be starting a new shift pattern from May where I work 7 nightshifts followed by 7 nights off.

I’ve worked a lot of nightshifts in the past and tend to manage to sleep fairly well, even when there is someone else around the house, so there shouldn’t be any issue.

With my time off I generally enjoy watching sports, box sets, going for walks(flat is near the canal and water of leith which are good walking options) visiting family or a pub visit with a friend.
