Hi! I'm Amy, a full-time Bartender (aspiring traveller)! I'm currently working in a hotel bar while living in a clean, spacious flat on Slateford Road. It's on a major bus route serviced by the 4, 34, 35, 44, and 300, and is 10 minutes from Princes Street via bus. Walking distance to Asda Chesser and Edinburgh West Retail Park, Lidl, Aldi, and Sainsbury's.
I am looking for a flatmate similar to myself (tidy, respectful and friendly), who would like to socialise and get along, maybe by having a couple summer bbq's and drinks, but also likes their own space.

The flat itself features an open-plan living room and kitchen, shared bathroom and a bright, quiet room which is fully furnished. It also has a box room in which there is a sofa bed and is a general storage room. There is also a massive garden! Its also got a lot of my own furniture and decorations, which you are more than welcome to add to to make it your home too! I would be welcome to suggestions so we can make the flat as homely as possible so we can both be extra comfortable in it.

Notes: The first bedroom shown on the video overlooking the communal garden is the bedroom being advertised. It now has a large wardrobe for extra storage. In the video there is a sofa bed in the living room which is been swapped with the couch in the master bedroom, to make it more comfortable.
