Hello, I’m a 3rd year law student studying at Edinburgh Napier looking for a flatmate to rent out the other double bedroom in the flat for the coming year. It’s a 2 bedroom flat in the Ardmillan/Dalry area.

The room is a lovely bright room with a large en suite and would suit a female student (to avoid council tax).

The flat is a gorgeous quiet tenement flat and is fully furnished.

The flat has a bus stop a 1 minute walk away with good bus connections into town and shops like Lidl, Co op and Sainsbury’s are only a short 10 minute walk away. Fountain park is a 5 minute walk.

I’m looking to live with a female student in their early twenties who is friendly, respectful and clean.
