hi! i have a very bright and very spacious room available in my flat in polwarth ! the room comes with a double bed, desk and lots of storage space. kitchen is well equipped and the living room is also very homey! it’s in such a good location for town, and only a 15 min walk to bruntsfield/haymarket/the links! it’s also super close to lots of bus links, and if you have a car there’s on street parking if you get a permit!

bills (gas, electric, council tax (band c) and wifi) will be split between the two of us :)

about me ! i am about to graduate from university after 5 years of engineering so i’m taking a gap year for brain relief lol, i’ll be here in the summer (save for some holidays) and then i’m going away travelling in september for 2 months at which point my boyfriend will take over my room in my absence, but then i’ll be back after! i enjoy making food and watching movies n tv, n he is very sweet n likeminded in interests but you’ll meet lots before i’m away

the flat is available to move in immediately and i’m open to short and long term lets!
