I'm looking for a tenant to take over my contract for an en-suite room at The Mill House, a top-rated student accommodation in Edinburgh. Due to personal circumstances, I am unable to stay this year.

You will pay the rent in 10 installments throughout the semester starting August 10 2024 - June 1 2025. You can move in between August 31 to the first week in September

The room faces away from the main road so noise is guaranteed to not be an issue.

You will stay in a block with 3 other students and share a kitchen and living space. There are two sofas and a TV in the living area in addition to a fridge-freezer and plenty cupboards to store food items. There are plenty shelves for storage in the bedroom as well as a large storage area under the bed.

Bus stops are barely a minute walk away.
