I’m planning on going away for part of the summer, and so will be looking to fill my lovely room in Bruntsfield! It’s available from July 19th -til last week of August (around the 26th but date still being confirmed). So the duration of the Fringe would be covered!
The cost is £750 for the whole stay including bills.

About the room: it has a loft bed, which is built in. I enjoy it but if this is not preferred there is a single bed already in the flat which can be set up!
The room is south facing, so the brightest in the flat, gorgeous expansive views. It is quite small but still comfortable.

The flat is in an ideal spot just a short walk away from Bruntsfield links and the Meadows, plenty of shops and cafes just on the adjacent street but the street itself is very quiet. Great bus links.

We would really like to meet up with possible tenants before welcoming them into the flat environment! You’d be sharing with 3 girls all really lovely and easy to get on with.
