Hello,
I am a live in Landlord however I do spend a lot of time away and I thought it was probably time to consider a housemate.

The house is large enough for two people without problems. There is additional storage and the room is huge and it has its own balcony and seated area.
There is a smart TV and you're welcome to bring your own bed or use the one that is here. The house has private spaces in the garden and there's a living room and kitchen downstairs with a shower room.

I would expect you to be able to use the whole house.
I have a bedroom for myself and the Study.
My father Who is in his late 70s may visit every three months and he stays in the study.
There is parking on site and I have a fluffy cat who is very friendly and if I am away, I might ask you to feed her, otherwise I do have a cat sitter.
It'll be lovely to meet someone who will enjoy being in the country and having local access to the Sea.
