I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate to share this lovely two-bedroom flat with me, as my current housemate is moving back home.

**The flat**

The flat has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, one shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The building has a lift, and the neighbours are friendly and helpful.

It's in a great location in Deptford, close to Greenwich and the riverside. Greenwich Station and Deptford High Street are around a 15-minute walk away, with Cutty Sark, Greenwich Market, shops, restaurants and plenty of local amenities nearby.

**A little about me**

I work a typical 9–5 as an engineer, splitting my time between the office and working from home. I enjoy travelling, exploring new places and doing the most random things around London.

I'm hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful and easygoing, and who wants to keep the shared spaces tidy. I'd love to share a home with someone I can have a laugh and a chat with when we're both around, and maybe watch a movie together when we're both free. Ultimately, I want us both to feel comfortable and at home here.
