30 year old male professional looking for a new flatmate to take over the second bedroom in my flat. My previous flatmate has already moved out, so the room is available immediately / ASAP.

I’m a clean, tidy, and easy going working professional. I work a hybrid schedule with my office based in Old Street. Away from work I'm usually with friends, in the gym or playing football. I’m quite social and always up for a chat or a casual drink, but I also completely appreciate my own space and respect others' privacy.

Bathroom: You get exclusive use of the main bathroom (I have an en-suite)
