🏡Hi all, I am looking for a new flatmate for a great property in walking distance of telegraph hill 🌳2 minute walk to the bus station 🚌10 mins from the overground 🚝Great for those working in Westminster, London Bridge or Canary Wharf and the city 📈 Easily walkable to Deptford, Greenwich, Peckham and Nunhead and an easy like bike ride to East Dulwich and BBrixton 🍋‍🟩 loads of independent coffee shops and bakery’s, markets and pubs.

The room is bright and airy and has an eastward facing window so you get the morning sun 🌅 The room comes with a built in closet so there is a lot of storage space and you can fit in a desk as well. There are also shutters and a black out blind for those mornings when you want to sleep in 😴

The place comes well furnished as I have lived here for 5 years now. The front over looks gardens so lots of greenery 🛋️

The flat is equipped with all the usual amenities as well as a dishwasher (lifesaver) 🧼

About me 🤷🏻‍♂️ I currently work in the Civil Service and spend 4 days a week in the office. I love the local area and can provide recommendations on request, during my free time I’m usually found playing some kind of sport or at the gym or discovering the next pub 🏏
