Seeking a new flatmate for a 2 bedroom apartment, located just a couple of minutes from New Cross Gate and Telegraph Hill. Available from mid-January or latest 1st February 2021. £850 including all bills!

The flat:
Amazing modern ground-floor flat with shared open living-room/kitchen equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer / table & benches, sofa, TV, record player and a small surround system, bathroom (built in full-sized shower, heated towel rack, sink with drawers and toilet) hallways, outside patio with picnic table, fire pit/bbq and LARGE private garden with herb beds.

The flat is located in a very quiet part of New Cross Gate with walking distance to outdoor parks, great bars and restaurants and transport links to central London.

The room available:
Single bedroom with natural light and good layout. As of now, the room benefits from a large wardrobe and single bed (can be extended to a double) and a small desk. This is all optional and the room can be completely emptied for future tenant to decorate as they see fit.

The existing tenant:
Norwegian born professional drummer and digital comms officer for a national environmental charity. Also inhibiting the flat is my 2 1/2 year old miniature sausage dog "Longshanks". If you love dogs, and especially Dachshund's, you'll know that they need constant attention, love and treats (so please be prepared for cuddles).

Since this property is rented through an agent, 2.5 weeks rent deposit is also required as the new tenant will replace an existing tenant. The contract of this tenancy will expire in July 2021 with an option for extending. References and background check is mandatory.
