Hey hey!! I'm going on holiday to find some peace😌 Therefore I have this amazing BIG cozy double room with a balcony in a 3bedroom flat in Surrey Quays (6min walk from overground), Canada Water (12min walking for Jubilee) to sublet while I'm away.

The room is a big double room with a double bed, a big glass desk, a small tall wooden desk, a wardrobe, a smart tv, and a lot of space for you to utilize for yoga or working out, stretching or anything else!
There is a lot of natural light coming in and it also has a balcony that overlooks the communal garden.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you may need, a bathroom with a bath, and a communal garden.
The house has a very homie feeling, and we like to keep it warm and clean!

Moreover, there is a Lidl 3min away, a huge Tesco 10min away, and a lot of small off-license shops around. There are 3 parks in a 10-minute walking distance from the house.
All in all, It's very well located!

You will be sharing the house with another 2 incredible people, they are fun, respectful, discreet, and clean.

Of course, I am going to be removing my clothes and personal stuff from the space so you can make it your own as I'm going to be away for about 1 month.
**Short lets considered and also there can be a possibility of extentiing the days too if you need a few days extra**
