The house is on an attractive Victorian terraced street in a communal neighbourhood which is quiet from traffic noise. It’s a relaxed and respectful shared house with four others.

The house is a 5 minute walk to New Cross Gate station which offers good transport around London. The bedroom is on the upper floor in the house and has long views out of the window and across the gardens. There is a double bed, and a desk/chair if wanted. The kitchen has lots of daylight, two fridges and plenty of cupboard space; there is also additional storage in the spacious cellar. The garden is a decent size and is west facing which catches the evening setting sun (when it’s out).

The rent is £950 pcm (all bills included) and is sent to the estate agents who manage the house.
