Close to Nunhead, Brockley, Peckham and Deptford with lots of hidden-gem shops, cafes, pubs and parks to discover.
I am not around all the time because I travel for work and would love someone willing to take good care of the property (it belongs to a friend) and up for the occasional shared dinner / coffee / glass of wine when I'm back.
You're really welcome to have people over, make the space your own and work from home as you need.
Would be ideal for a working professional or mature student in their 30s or 40s.
