Looking for a roommate in a big georgian house, available now. It's mostly furnished, with a sitting room and garden. The double room has two large wardrobes and gets a lot of light during the day. The house is equidistant from New Cross Gate and Peckham Queen's Rd overground stations. The landlord stipulates no couples and would want a reference.
I have an elderly cat. I work in the arts and am pretty friendly, & I like cooking for people & going out, but I'm happy to be quiet at home as well.
